im not the best cooker and im just startting out im 16 and need some tipshow should i cook it and what is the best way to cook itwhat should the sides be.

Here is a very easy meal: 1 1/2 pounds eye of the round steak 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup 1 (10.75 ounce) can water Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)Trim the fat from the steak, and cut into desired number of servingsIn a roasting pan over medium high heat, sear both sides of the steak, about 1 minute per sideRemove from heatStir the cream of mushroom soup, French onion soup and water into the roasterCover with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven 2 hoursTurn oven up to 350 degrees and prepare the following, bake in same oven with the eye of the round steaks: 1 cup uncooked long-grain rice 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup 1 (10.5 ounce) can beef broth 1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup butter Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)Combine rice, onion soup, beef broth, mushrooms and butter in an 8x8 inch casserole dishCover with aluminum foilBake in a preheated 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) oven for 60 minutesWhen the beef and rice are done, remove from oven and let rest for about 10 minutesMeanwhile prepare the following: 2 tablespoons olive oil 1 onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 16 ounces frozen green peas 1 tablespoon chicken stock salt and pepper to taste Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heatStir in onion and garlic; cook about 5 minutesAdd frozen peas, and stir in stockSeason with salt and pepperCover, and cook until the peas are tender, about 10 minutes.
