Question:

Im trying to stop the magnetic pull, I want push power only. how can I do this with available materials?

I am an inventor, the invention Im currently working on requires magnetic pushing power only. I need to stop the pulling force on the sides and back. So im trying to have the pushing side exposed only. What can i use that‘s readily available. Thanks john

Answer:

I don't know about blocking the magnetic pulling force, but maybe you could find a way to use the gravitational force to move an object horizontally by developing a material that thinks it is always falling, or moving downhill due to the vertical gravitational force, even though it isnt, like a dyslexic steel plate that doesn't know up from down.
it cannot be done. If it could it would have been used to build a perpetuum mobile motor and this just breaks the laws of thermodinamics
