Question:

Increase my surround sound speaker volume?

I got RCA RTD3136 Home Theater System, and the speakers in the back are very quiet, is there anyway i can specifically increase the volume of some speakers?

Answer:

the size of the speaker has no longer something to do with the quantity of the receiver . I easily have had small and massive audio equipment in my front room and that they the two placed out the comparable volume of sound that my receiver can handle .
Your RCA's owner's manual will have instructions on this if this feature is available. Otherwise, you will have to add a separate amplifier to the rear channels to be able to manually adjust the output of these speakers. Other than that, you can get much higher sensitivity speakers for the rears to increase the output in the rears. However, if you cannot adjust the volume in the rear now, you won't be able to then either. A stand-alone home theater receiver with this feature in another option to consider as well. ? Happy listening! ?
