2 cups rice 1 can of chicken soup 4 cups water 1 cup frozen peas 1 can corn (drained) in a baking dish, put rice, water, soup and frozen peas and stir well cover with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes on 375 or the microwave with plastic cover or plate to hold in the steami prefer the ovenafter 30 minutes take casserole out and add corn , mix and recover with foil and bake an addirtional 15 minutes, if the casserole is dry, add 1/2 cup water before you put it back in the oven
if you want it off, then you will have to take them some place and have them dipped into acid, then have them rechromed.
