Ink printing process, how to solve bubbles?
The intrinsic factor is the bubble:Because of the ink viscosity, surface tension of ink, the ink in the oil and gas to escape from the ink film and stranded in ink layer. If the viscosity of the ink is low and the surface tension of the ink is small, the bubbles will disappear on their own, so there will be no ink bubbles from the printed matter.
In order to prevent screen marks after printing, the following methods can be adopted:Use a more liquid ink for printing.May consider to use the drying slow ink printing, increases the ink flow time, causes the ink to be gradually solidified.When making a plate, use a single wire mesh with smaller wire diameter as far as possible.
The following measures are often used to prevent ink bubbles from forming:Use hydrophobic solvents as much as possible.When the ink itself produces bubbles, it can add some anti foaming agent into the ink. If the ink flow is poor, when the screen plate lifting, the ink flow is relatively small, can not fill the screen traces, you can not get the smooth surface of the ink layer.
The external causes of bubbles:The substrate is attached to the surface of dust and oil and other substances.When printing, the ink itself has bubbles or uneven viscosity.The printing speed is too fast or the printing speed is uneven.
