Question:

Inverter switch display poff

Is the voltage low? The younger brother is bored to death, no problem with the wire drawing machine, the full load will jump off. Display frequency converter overload and acceleration operation overcurrent. Help me please.

Answer:

There are only three reasons for the POFF fault: (1) the DC bus voltage detected by the machine is seriously low. (2) lack of phase signal. (3) the voltage level parameter of 220V machine is wrong. [method] use the shift key on the keyboard or the mask to switch the display content to the display bus voltage status.
When detecting the phase - lacking circuit, the phase - blank board is directly tested, and the PL signal on the drive board is normal. Normally, the PL is low, the phase is Fang Bo, and the power is high when the power is switched off. It is important to note that the PL signal output by the drive board or the phase blank panel is not sent to the CPU after the level switch has been passed on the main control board, and it should be noted that the fault is caused by the main board or the missing phase board during maintenance.
The difference between the display value and the measured value shows that the bus detection circuit is abnormal if the deviation is larger. Conversely, if the two value deviation is minimal or equal, the missing phase signal is abnormal. At present, there are two kinds of bus detection circuit used in our company: resistance voltage divider and operation comparison amplification (TL082). Corresponding to the detection circuit output 0 - 3.3V corresponds to the actual bus 0 - 1000V, the two circuits are relatively simple, maintenance only need to test the key point voltage in the circuit, you can easily find the fault point.
