Check whether the positive and negative electrode output voltage is 70V DC voltage (remember not to press the hand switch when measuring!! Otherwise, the high pressure will break through the burn out multimeter!!! Then change the welding handle or change the internal electrode of the handle. In many cases, the welding handle is aging.
