Ok well I have been planning on getting a scaffold/industrial and I was reading some questions that others asked and alot of people said a 13 year old wouldn't be able to get one because they are to young, even with a parents consent! Is this true?

I truthfully have some acquaintances whove had it executed i assume it seems ok reckoning on what form of clothing you place on i might recommend you to attend because it wouldent look mind-blowing whilst your rather older :L
that is not true.. Probably in same places its not allowed though. Heck, some 13 year olds have belly button piercings! You should however make sure that's what you want.. Piercing usually always leave a scar or hole.
My friend has a scaffold piercing, she got it done when she turned 16, Id say wait a while, you're still growing, you don't want to get it infected.. also you might change your mind about it later on and it's a pain in the **** to sleep with because it gets sore
You can get any piercing (as long as its not genital or display like the pierced in corset) as long as you have your parents/guardians consent.. If you don't have this then you'll have wait until you're 16 or 18 depending where you live.
