i just hit it 5 times today and i dont mean that to the forehead **** i mean like all the way behind your head to get that full stretch its a pain in the *** but makes you growi cant believe i did that though...cuz a few weeks ago i was doing 68 or 78 pounds i prob could have put a 45 on each side(18 pound bar) and do 4 but i had a 35 and a 5 on each side cuz it was my last set for it and the first set i did a 35 on each side(tryin to do more than last week) and i did 7 so i threw a 5 on and yeah all went from theremy goal is 200 pounds...eventually im half way there lol i started at 45 0.o

Good keep going.Havent done skulls in a long time.Last time i did 80s of 8 reps i think.Now i do close grip bench for skulls works better for me.185 of 5s as of last time.
