I really just want to make my motor last longer, and better MPGWill STABIL help me? or waste of money?Ofcourse i will be using them around every 6 months.
Stabil won't help you. Your money will be better spent if you use Chevron or Texaco gas, at least, once in a while.
Since you ride every day (lucky you) there is no need for Sta-Bil. I use Sta-Bil because I store my motorcycles for upwards of 5 months a year (unlucky me). Instead of Sta-Bil, run some Chevron Techron into the gas once or twice a year. Helps remove deposits in the carburetor or fuel injection system. Good Luck
sta bil is a gas additive that treats the gas, for people who store their machines for the winter. or the summer. it keeps the gas stable so that it does not get old and turn into goo if not used for long periods of time. It will not save the motor or add mpg. nothing will do this. The best thing you can do, is keep the oil in the bike clean, do not drive it like you stole it, keep it tuned up, and use a good quality gasoline always. this is the best way to keep your bike running good hope this helps you
