Question:

Is it bad for my cookie sheet if I bake an aluminum container of frozen enchiladas on it?

The directions on my package of frozen enchiladas say to place the aluminum dish of enchiladas on a cookie sheet and back in the oven at 400 degrees for 1 hr and 20 mins.Is this bad for my nice new EverWear commercial cookie sheet or should I not worry about it?

Answer:

When you have pulled the yarn over each stitch pull the stitch to loosen it.
-If the directions say to place the food on cookie sheet then do it -It shouldn't hurt your cookie sheet -Anyway nothing lasts forever so the worst that could happen is your pan gets a little warped when you set it on a cool surface and it cools rapidly I think the best thing to do is take the food out of the wrappers and cook it right of the cookie sheet maybe with a little cooking spray under it
