So I heard that it's good to wash away fat and cholesterol and all in the food we consumed. Is it bad if it's done every after meal? drinking lime juice?
You probably accidentally made chlorine gas. It is produced when you add an acid to bleach. It smells horrible but that is a good thing so it makes want to get away from it. It was also used as a poison gas during WWI, it works by scarring your lungs But, if you do not have any symptoms, like trouble breathing, you are good. I did a similar thing, mixing bleach with an acid drain cleaner in the pipes, and it drove me out of the room. But I was OK after.

Youll be fine just don't do that again lol
Not chlorine gas. Chlorine bleach is a solution of sodium hypochlorite, NaOCl. Lime-a-way is a mixture of sulfuric acid, H2SO4, and urea H2NCONH2. When you combined bleach and Lime-a-way, it was very unlikely that you produced chlorine gas, but it is very likely that chloramine, H2NCl, was produced. Chlroamine is a gas and has an irritating odor. Chloramine is the chemical smell that you smell around swimming pools. When people say that they smell chlorine at the pool, it is actually chloramine that they smell. Only chronic exposure to chloramine will produce any lasting respiratory problems. Competitive swimmers sometimes develop asthma due to repeated exposure to chloramine.
