Question:

Is it illegal to not supply your tenants with a fire extinguisher in PA?

I rent, and we do not have a fire extinguisher ANYWHERE in our home, is this illegal for the landlord to not supply us with one? SERIOUS ANSWERS ONLY!

Answer:

it still could be the heater core
Yes thermostat could be stuck open. As for the coolant smell, it could be a leak outside being drawn in by the blower. Try changing settings to recirculate air inside to see if it goes away. May also be a bad water pump.
I don't know four, but I do know that in Calgary there was a school yard that had recycled tire chips on their playground instead of gravel.
If you have a 195 thermostat installed after the motor is warmed up fully the top radiator hose should be too hot to handle with a bare hand. If it's luke warm you need a new stat. Keep an eye on the level of coolant in the recovery bottle and radiator. If the coolant is dropping drag out the heater core. Another quick test is remove the radiator cap 1/2 hour after driving. If there is no residual pressure in the cooling system the cap will come unscrewed without any pressure. That means the pressure has gone somewhere (leak in heater core.)
