No, it is not possible to live in a silo, because the fumes of the silage is toxic and you can catch silo filler disease.
I have long thought that silos would make great human housing and few that i have visited that were converted into housing were really sweet.
I can't remember where I read the article but people have actually converted old silos into multi-floor dwellings. It would take a major clean-up as silage produces toxic fumes over time but it's doable.
