I freeze in both with great success! A little trick I like to use is to line the rigid container with plastic wrap, put in the food, and freeze until firmThen remove the food and plastic wrap, fold it up securely, and place it in a plastic bag or wrap it in aluminum foil and label itThat way your container is freed up for another use while your food is in the freezerIt can also be easier to store if the container is bigger than it needs to be.
