Duct tape won't work, it needs to be something like tinfoil, or aluminum tape to block the signalsomething metallic, anywayGetting caught with a foil lined bag, even if you haven't stolen anything yet, would probably be considered intent to steal, as a law abiding citizen would have no need of a foil lined shopping bag!
