No. Whatever you do the screen still a screen with only the usual reflective properties. There is a way to see yourself on screen though. Put a webcam onto your monitor pointing at yourself display it's image on the screen. One thing that'll be strange though is the image won't be mirrored. Your left ear will be on the right side of the screen (not the left) as if you're looking out of the monitor at yourself (which you will be doing via the webcam).
