Question:

Is Kelly's Blue book gives the right price?I bought my 2004 Porsche Boxster S for a lot more than Kelly'sbook

I bought it new with all options(almost)It has navigation, tiptronic, Metallic black with red full leather inter., full aluminum package, aerokit, more.I paid 79K.I drove it 3 years ,has 42k miles , excellent condition (like new) kelly's book give it 39K valueIt's even still has the new smell on it Porsche could go way over 150k miles without any problem. Why is Kelly's book give low price ?

Answer:

Organic? You know I'm getting sick and tired of this ridiculous 'organic' crazeIf you are eating fresh fruits and vegetables, than local grown organic is smartWhen it comes to pre-packaged processed food, than it is asinineGet your head out of the stupid 'idiot-box' TV and you probably wouldn't need any help with your 'bowel movements'Yes I said it - just in a PC, indirect wayI believe they still sell Uncle Sam Cereal (because everyone knows American politicians are full of it), and Grape Nuts are good.
Kelley Blue Book always gives the high and low prices (if you are doing it right) and it also depends on if you did it for a private party or dealer valueYou car has a little bit of high mileage (I know KBB says 45,000 is average on a 3 year old car, but a good mileage would be about 36,000)NEVER ever ever pay what the dealer wants you tooEven if it is a brand new Porsche!! Next time, you should try buying a cheaper carSometimes it's not all about name dropping, I have a Porsche dude!! But it's about the true power of the carI bet my $20k neon would beat your $80k Porsche!! And unless you truly buy a one of a kind car, that car is destined to depreciateA LOTThat's what has happened in your caseCount your losses and move on with lifeGood luck to ya!!
