Question:

Is nickel base alloy hard alloy?

Is nickel base alloy hard alloy?

Answer:

There are three kinds of cemented carbides used in machining,:1, YG--- tungsten cobalt alloy products, the YG6 is generally suitable for machining cast iron, roughing non-ferrous metals and their alloys and non metallic material during continuous cutting, interrupted cutting of semi fine fine cars and trucks etc..
3, YW---- tungsten, cobalt, titanium, tantalum alloy products. Titanium is a rare metal, characterized by its light weight, high strength and good corrosion resistance. Because of its stable chemical properties, good resistance to high temperature, low temperature, strong acid, alkali resistance, as well as high strength and low density, has been praised as "space metal"". YT alloy and YW alloy have better properties than YG because they contain titanium.Nickel based alloys are not hard alloys, but they are the best materials for heat and acid corrosion, without magnetism.
2, YT--- tungsten cobalt titanium alloy products, applicable to coarse, carbon steel and alloy steel uneven section in interrupted cutting when the YT5 rough planing, semi finishing, discontinuous surface rough milling and drilling.
