Is the angle valve split hot and cold water?
Of course, the red mark on the top is the hot water valve, and the blue mark is the cold water valve
There are hot and cold points, but you have to use cold water on hot water pipes, and make use of it, but that's not recommended.
Really is not, some just a red label angle valve handle. Just distinguish that from hot water to cold water.
