Is the wire thread cutting affected the surface coating of the workpiece (titanium carbonitride)?
Wire cutting fast wire taper is generally in the range of 0.5 to 0.8.
The radius of the guide wheel and the thickness of the workpiece are usually punctured. When the taper is cut, the height of the frame is high and the taper is equal to the standard, and there is no special relationship between the two.
The base plane is high: the distance from the middle of the lower thread to the pallet.
