Question:

Is there a better way to roast things?

I use a roasting pan with a rackThe problem is that all sorts of junk bakes onto the rack and it's a pain to cleanI know there are nonstick racks, but these are large - suitable for turkeys or large pieces of meat I'm looking for something smaller - suitable for meatballs, for examplesAny suggestions?

Answer:

I never order hamburgers, but order greek meat dishes frequently, with friesIt's always in a Styrofoam container with a sheet of aluminum tucked tight under the individual dishes, and always perfectPeople who order meals delivered know that fries cool off fast, and they can just blast it all in their microwave for a few seconds to get it steamingGood luck with your hamburger joint!
Sorry, there is a reason burger/fries delivery is uncommonThese things need to be eaten right away or the texture is totally ruinedMoisture/steam is not their friendYou cannot wrap these items to keep heat in for 15-20 minutes for delivery or they will turn soggy Fries need to be eaten right out of the fryer or left open for a quick drive home from the drive-thru windowCold fries are yucky and so are mushy onesI also think burgers/fries are such inexpensive items that it might not be as profitable to deliver such as with pizza or Chinese You may have to charge a delivery fee and people are going to be angry if they pay extra and the quality is not what they expectI think cold deli sandwiches and chips deliver a whole lot better than anything on a bun or toastI hope I'm wrong.just thought I'd toss it out thereP.SIn my neck of the woods not only is styrofoam illegal, you'd get lambasted in your online reviews for using it.
Try aluminum foil sprayed with PAM then cook low and slow
Yes, true cold deli sandwiches are a better and easier choiceAs far as profit is concerned, well I am planning to open my burger joint in GermanyI have been living here for the last five years in a city in the south-west where it borders France and Switzerland (many tourists)First of all, there are only two burger joins in this city and none deliverHamburgers for the Germans is not a fast food kind of thing, like it is for us in the StatesThey would like to sit down and enjoy it, time is not their concernLife is not as fast paced as in the StatesThat being said, a normal hamburger at 120g ground beef (which is little) costs 6 eu (6,90 usd), only burger no friesSo we are looking at around 9,50 usd dollars for the whole menuThats the regular classic hamburger, if
il answer as a customer if i was ordering hamburger and fries to be delivered my main concern would be condensation (mcdonalds put theirs in brown bags to absorb most but dont close the bag they fold the top , styrofoam boxes are tacky and would not do your service justice , go for the plastic round containers with some sort of small hole in the top , and aluminum foil sounds good to me if you can get some stickers to put on the foil (wrapped neatly ) should look nice and enticing , peace
