I am throwing a candy themed dance and I am looking for a fabric that looks like cotton candy. Just like the kind on Katy perry‘s teenage dream album cover. If there is any fabric that looks like it or where I could get some can you help? Thanks!!
It's called Poly-Fil and used to stuff cloth craft projects, pillows, etc. You'll need to spray it pink. Go to fabric store and ask for polyester fiber fill
Acrylic, you may be able to find it in that form in some party stoes. but if you really want it to look good, you want to use actual unwoven cotton (hence the name COTTON candy) and dye it pink.
