Question:

Is there a law in Colombia regarding smoke detectors?

I would like to know if Colombia has a law regarding the smoke detectors or fire extinguisher installed in their homes?

Answer:

That term is just saying that our ancestors came from Africa, not necessarily the people alive today that are called that. I do hate the word Black(like crayon color) though, I mean technically, we are brown, and I have NEVER seen a person that was actually Black, I just think it would be a darker shade of brown. I guess I could see where you are coming from though, but only a little. Besides, its been going on for this long, why change it only to complicate things. The answers you get will be based on individuality, meaning that some people like it, and others don't. I don't know what to say about the whole matter, I mean as long as it isn't racial, then I am cool with it.
I speed because I want to and I control how fast I'm going so it's not like I'm driving uncontrollably or recklessly. I drive a 2000 Honda Prelude which is a 2 door sports coupe and when I'm driving sometimes I won't even notice I'm speeding because when you drive this car you feel like going fast. The car is very low to the ground so it has the feel of just going fast and I speed all the time. Most americans do in fact but only go 5-10mph over and I'm going 10-15 mph over. I have been pulled over for speeding 20+ times and have only got 3 speeding tickets so I guess cops have better things to do. I'm 21 and like to drive fast and like to speed and nothing has ever happened to me and I have never been in a wreck and I have been speeding since I was 17 when I got my license. When it comes to my car I control it and I know how fast I can go without it being reckless and I will continue to speed because I like to and nothing will ever happen to me so I'm good.
because we all think we know best and it only happens to the other guy
Good points above. I think also its wrongly seen as macho, to take risks. A lot of young guys, wouldn't be seen dead in cycle hard hats, or florescent clothing. I know myself, whilst cycling at night, if I wear the full monty, with 'be seen' trousers, many cars beep their horns and mock me out of car windows.
