I have noticed that some people with braces seem to have smaller looking brackets with colored bands than other people. Is this true? Does it depend on your orthodontist? Or am I just seeing things and they are all the same size. I'm getting braces soon and I would like to know before I get them. Haha any answers are appreciated!!
i think everyone has noticed. theres diffrent styles of brackets. it depends on what type of braces they are, the treatment that person is getting, and what is the objective of braces when i say diffrent type i mean like damon, self ligating, etc.
Yea i noticed dat too.and no it doesnt depend on da Orthathadontist. -Mouth Size -Teeth Size - the kind of treament you neeed. because everyone has a different situation when it comes to braces.
I've noticed that too! it does seem like it depends on the ortho! my friend has HUGE brackets and she goes to a different ortho! i think it also depends on the size of you mouth or what you are fixing! smaller teeth/mouth smaller brackets!
Usually the bracket size varies as to the persons treatment plan. Although, there are different size brackets to vary by the size of tooh. For example, the teeth in the front are usually bigger than the ones on the side so the size of the bracket would need to be different. Good Luck!
