DON'T! Have a look at some magazines from the 70's - lime green was soooo popular, and as you can tell from any picture you can find, never looked good with anything. If you are truly determined then go with blue and ignore that stupid saying. (Blue and green should never be seen without something in between).
lime green looks best with neutral colors like black, cream, and grey. too much neon can be, well, too much.
