Question:

Is there a throttleable valve for a 1/2" copper pipe?

I am looking for a valve that I could attach to a 1/2 copper tube that would allow me to throttle the flow with ease, what would this be called?

Answer:

non-magnetic basically cause it does not contain any ferrous properties to it. I can however carry static charge but it would still not be able to pulled by a magnet
You can use a needle valve, of course with brass fittings for connection to a copper tubing.
A common globe valve will throttle flow quite well over a wide range. They are easily attainable. A faucet and a lavatory valve are globe valves. This is also the type of valve body design used in most automatic fluid control valves. A needle valve is a special purpose globe valve where precision is needed for lower flow rates.
e. non magnetic that is so easy you said it in your question doh.
