I dont want to buy one from some prank store or ebay i dont want to just super glue it togetheris there another way to make a double headed quarter? Also, i wouldnt want it to be really visible to anyone else.
Get a thin aluminum foil(like the one you wrap food, but try to find the very thin one)Put a coin, headed side up, under the foilUse paper towel or napkin to rub on it(rub on the foil above the coin)After that the foil will have the head side on itCut it out in circlePut a thin layer of glue on the back of the foil, that should fill the gap(the un even surface, ahh don't know the word) When that piece is dry, glue it over the tail side of the real coinSince the foil is so thin, if you put the coin in you hand or the table, it would be hard to tell that it is a trick coinNOTE: I believe defacing, altering or destroying the currency pieces(coins, paper moneys), is illegalDo so at your own risk.
