Heaven is the Kingdom of Light. There, you do not need a sun or moon or stars to shine.. the Son of God shines with all His purity in a divine way and rises upon His children. Jesus is the Light, and heaven is His Kingdom. So heaven is indeed the Kingdom of light.
Light cannot exist without darkness, Darkness exists without light.
