Question:

Is there any parchment paper (maybe a baking stone too) that is oven safe past 450??

I just bought Reynold's which is oven safe to 420? and I just looked up a couple other brands that went up to 450?However, the problem with that and with my Pampered Chef baking stone (also only supposed to go to 450?) is that many of my bread recipes call for baking at higher temperaturesThe bread I made this morning (baguettes) started out at 500? and then the temperature was reduced to 475?And the recipes will say specifically to bake on parchment paper on the baking stone, but I'm worried I'm going to run into problems going past the recommended tempsDoes anyone know of brands of either parchment paper or baking stones that can go up this high (500?) or higher?

Answer:

Never read Fahrenheit 451? That's the temperature that paper self ignites Use a Silpat silicon sheet.
