Yes it's good the graphic card is really what i"m looking at great for gaming medium to high settings, recommend a 600 watt psu.
your spec will survive with low to medium setting for heavy game (depending on your resolution) It might be odd, but i would recommend to change the processor to a well know AMD X4 955 Black Edition (Box). Heard that bulldozer was a failure, or not.
