Answer:

800W PSU is a bit much isn't it? At best you'll only need 650W for that 550Ti graphics card. If you had a 560Ti, then I would say 700 to 750W but 800W is a bit overkill. The AMD Bulldozer is a good cpu, but I can say for certain that an Intel Sandybridge chipset will still beat it and it should be cheaper than AMD's release despite it being slightly older but it performs much better. If you are running Windows 7, I would suggest that you boost your 4GB of memory to 6GB for a triple channel kit for a motherboard that supports it; if not, then just aim for 8GB. 4GB is just not enough, if you were running Windows XP, then I would say 4GB is enough. The system should be able to play the games, but you have not disclosed what resolution, what graphics settings and what screen you're going to be playing it upon. Most people will tend to play at least 1920x1200 resolutions on a 22 screen onwards and should be able to achieve up to 70 fps for a 560Ti, your system might be able to achieve similar results.
My rating: 7/10 It's a pretty decent entry level PC. If you're paying more then $650 for it, then I wouldn't get it. -Will it play games like Crysis 2 and GTA 4? A: Yes.
It's half decent...
