Is tin foil anti-static?

I'm sending a graphics card back for return tommorow but have no anti-static bags - I don't want it to blow in transit and have my return denied because of that, but they cant expect me to return it in the original non resealable bag.so, I need a makeshift option and tin foil was suggested somewhere.
