I have used homemade bongs with the plastic bottle and the foil bowl piece, and ive used it for a bowl where you put the foil on the side of the bottle and hold it horizontallyIs either of these methods harmful to your lungs or body? Don't answer if you're an anti-drug person saying weed is bad blah blah blah.don't waste my time.
