ive only dye my hair once which didnt turn out so wellactually im not sure, i think i did it right but i wouldnt know because the hair color was dark which my hair is naturally darkso can someone please explain to me step by step on what i need to do? do i need aluminum foil? how many boxes? do i use the hair dryer to dry my hair while the chemicals are still on my head? please i dont do this much but i want to learn because i cant keep asking people to do it for me all the timeso please step by step on what i need to do to make it come out goodim dying it red bright red with garnier nutrisseplease and thank you.
Do It Yourself Spray Foam
if its the spray foam i'm thinking of i would recommended not using it,,,the ductwork would be hard to work on later because the foam wont come off,,,the foam is normally used for gaps and such.not large scale insulating.i would use the type of insulation that comes in a large roll [ 5ft x 100 ft?] and looks like bubble wrap.it has no fiberglass to get on your skin or into your lungs and it is relatively easy to install.the r value isnt real high but its good enough,esp if you install spacers to maintain an air gap between the duct and the insulation per the instructions.also,,sounds unusual that your ductwork is uninsulated in an unconditioned space.are you sure it isnt insulated on the inside?,,this type of insulation is known as soundlining and is usually dark colored.dan
I live in a 150 year old Ontario farm houseWe went the cellulose routeIt was the only option at the timeFoam wasn't outCellulose DOES settle over time, howeverWe just had it redone after 18 years, just before residing the houseFoam now is an option, but we decided against it as we really had no issue with cellulose other than the settling, which was expectedBetter the devil you know:) By the way, the original insulation was leather strip cast offs from a tannery that was local over 140 years agoGot some really nice newspapers from the period too:)
