Is science stronger than God? Or do lightning rods not really prevent lightning from striking its mark?
Unfortunately smoke detectors have about a 10 year life span give or take a year or two. This is true of either the electric hard wired ones or the battery ones. As they are quite inexpensive you should replace them when they start to act up. and sounding an alarm when there is no smoke is their favourite way of letting you know they are worn out.
i am guessing you watch too much t.v before going to sleep and/or play too much video games i believe that you are trying to mix all that fantasy stuff you see in t.v with real life and its getting you i trouble
