Shouldn't the Arizona legislature and governor consider reading the US Constitution before they pull a stupid stunt like this again?

There is no section of the Calif Vehicle Code that requires you to stop at a speed bump. However, an occupied crosswalk at the speed bump might be citable (CVC 21950) - esp in front of a school with a crossing guard. CVC 22450(a) covers stop signs, and CVC 21453 covers red lights.
