Snorting allergy pills? Not very likely. Are the straws cut? Did you find a smooth surface with fine powder on it? Maybe he has the crusher so that he doesn't have to swallow the pills whole. If he were snorting something I doubt it would be Zyrtec.
I live in Minnesota and I have road on a 150 miles round trip on my SYM MIO 50 and SYM Fiddle II 50 CC. I realy know why they want you to wear all the safty equipment first hand. when the flying things ping on your face mask you will realy be happy to have it between you and the flying things on the road. We have a hand book that tells us all the prerquirements to take the test and if you do not have all the equipment listed you get sent home with out taking the test. You have a fixed amount ot times to take the test and after a set number they start to charge you for each test. after a certain amount of failing the test you you will not be aloud to ride a scooter and or a mortorcycle. Ask the people who give the test what they exspect of you and do your best.
