I just broke a bracket off my nbraces drinking apple juice. the whole bonding came off. should i be worried?. I have an appointment monday and this is sunday. please give me advice. p.s. the appoinment is for my bands snaping everytime i open my mouth and they don't know about the bracket. thanks for your help and honesty
I had a few broken brackets back when I had braces. Just call and tell them Monday morning that you have a broken bracket so they know to expect it when you arrive for your appointment. There's nothing to worry about. It happens.
Try and put some wax on it so it will just stay and not move around. Just tell them when you go monday. They will fix it all up.
The brackets snap off every once in a while. It's not a big deal. I would go in as soon as possible to get it glued back on, but since you've got an appointment coming up, you're fine. When I had braces, I'd pop a bracket every other month or so. Annoying, but no big deal.
