Question:

Keep a joint of meat moist after cooking?

Ive cooked a rib of beef on the bone and now have to wait a few hours for my partner to return how do I keep it moist and juicy?

Answer:

If you have any pan juice pour it over the beef cover tightly with aluminum foilIf no pan juice, just cover tightly with the alumfoilWe like to pour Worcestershire Sauce over beef ( pork) to help with the moistness cover with foil.
you would have to do one layer, let it cool and harden and then come back over it with another layer.
