I am more of a cook than a baker, and when I do bake it's mostly cakes or cookies for someone's birthday or party. But I do have a bit of a sweet tooth and the desserts that I really love, I can't make. Does anyone have a good easy recipe for Key lime pie or strawberry shortcake recipe?

Answer:

just add some lime juice and chili powder to some ranch dressing. you can use cayenne, chili de arbol, ancho chili powder, a blend of chili powders. whatever you like.
I used to have a sandwich truck and that i made a sort of salsa to flow on a sandwich I pronounced as Texican. It became into very common. i visit make it returned whilst the sturdy homestead grown tomatoes are obtainable returned. I extensively utilized to make my very own BBQ sauce. I continually make my very own chili. i like mine terrific. i've got not usually made my very own salad dressing, yet i think of i visit attempt it whilst my lettuce comes up. It has a lot much less energy and that i am going with to attempt and evoo/lemon/garlic mixture. My famous factor to make is soup. i can make and eat soup daily. yet my detrimental husband might become uninterested in it. yet he does not *****. It gets way too warm here interior the summertime, so by skill of the time fall is here, i can't wait to commence making soups returned. :)
I also agree with Chad. But I would reccomend using lime powder, found in the baking section in a lot of stores. That way it wouldn't thin down your ranch. I am a not a huge fan of spicy stuff so I would stick with everyday chili powder. Also try this recipe and make your own ranch, or at least start with a hidden valley (or other brand if you choose) ranch packet. Then go from there. Ranch Dressing: 3/4 tsp dried chives 3/4 tsp dried parsley 1/4 tsp dill weed 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/4 tsp salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 heaping cup mayo 1/2 cup buttermilk Mix the dry ingredients into the mayo. Add the buttermilk and keep in a container in the fridge Just add a little of the lime and chili at a time until you get the flavor you like.
