Key Lime Pie Recipe??

Hey guys!!!! My friend made a key lime pie the other day and it was so good, but it did not have the meringue topping it had a more solid kind of topping. I want to make some for a dinner party I am having tomorrow and I would like the easiest recipe possible as I am not the best cook!!! THank you!

Garlic Lime Chicken with Mango Salsa 2boneless skinless chicken breasts 0.5large lime 2garlic cloves 1.5teaspoons olive oil Mango salsa 1ripe mango, peeled and chopped 1.5very ripe roma tomatoes, chopped 0.5sweet red pepper or yellow sweet pepper, seeded and chopped 0.5serrano pepper 1green onion, chopped 2tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 0.5lime, juice of 1 1/2-3teaspoons sugar (if your mangoes aren't very sweet) salt and pepper 2cups steamed short grain cooked brown rice 1. Combine the chicken w/ the juice of one lime and the oil and garlic in a Zip 'N Steam bag 2. For the salsa mix all the ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste, set aside for the flavors to blend, mean while steam the chicken breasts on till no longer pink. 3. Place 1 cup of rice on each plate cover with a chicken breast and then divide the salsa amongst the 2 plates and serve. My husband and I have made this one several times and it is always a hit!
LIME SAUCED CHICKEN This dish is simple to make and the sauce is wonderful. INGREDIENTS 4 (about 1 lb. total) boneless, skinless chicken breast halves 3/4 cup Apple LIBBY'S JUICY JUICE Premium 100% Juice Juice from 1 lime 2 teaspoons cornstarch 1 MAGGI Chicken Flavor Bouillon Cubes DIRECTIONS SPRAY large skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Heat over medium heat. Cook chicken for 8 to 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center. Remove from skillet; keep warm. COMBINE apple juice, lime juice, cornstarch and bouillon in small bowl. Add to skillet; cook, stirring occasionally, until thick. Spoon sauce over chicken to serve. Chicken Test for Doneness No matter what method you use for cooking chicken, the most accurate test for doneness is a meat thermometer. Since chicken is never ready to be served until it is done, always be sure it is completely cooked. Whole or bone-in chicken should reach an internal temperature of 180° F., and boneless chicken should be cooked to 170° F. Serving Size: 4

Tequila Lime chicken 1/2 C. Gold Tequila 1 C. Freshly squeezed lime juice (5-6 limes) 1/2 C. Freshly squeeze orange juice (2 oranges) 1 Tablespoon chili powder 1 Tablespoon minced fresh jalapeno pepper (1 pepper seeded) 1 Tablespoon minced garlic (3 cloves) 2 Teaspoons kosker salt 1 Teaspoon freshly ground pepper 4-6 Boneless skinless chicken breasts Combine the tequila, lime juice, orange juice, chili powder, jalapeno pepper, garlic, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Add the chicken breast. Refrigerate overnight. Heat a grill, skillet or broiler and spray or brush pan with oil to prevent chicken from sticking. Remove the chicken breast from the marinade, sprinkle well with salt and pepper and gril them for about 7 minutes or until nicely browned. Turn over and cook another 10 minutes or until cooked threw. Cover tightly and let stand for 5 minutes. Serve hot. Serve with a nice salt, or some rice. I have tried this recipe, it is AWESOME..So good!!!!
Spicy Lime Chicken 3/4 cup tequila 1 tsp cayane 1 dark beer 1 TBSP cumin 1/2 cup teriaki marinade 1 TBSP garlic puree 1/2 cup veg. oil Juice of 4 limes (6 oz) Directions Mix all ingredients and pour over chicken in a heavy plastic airtight bag. Refrigerate and let sit for more than 2 hours. Over night is best. Bake or grill chicken.
