Since lime green is such a bright color, I would go with a more neutral color (brown and tans/white) or a light yellow. If you have wooden floors, is it dark or light? If you have tile, is it colored? For the wood, you generally want to do opposites (light wood, darker color. Dark wood, light color) but if your chairs are a bright lime green then it probably be best to stick to lighter colors. Also, only do the light yellow if your wood is dark. Otherwise it won't look very good! And if your tile is colored, then same thing with the opposite effect except you need to make sure the color matches the tile. If you have carpet, get rid of it! Very simple. Get whatever chairs you can to closely match them. The composition will probably be plastic or wood composition. Lightly sand the surfaces of the chair back and seat. Use a primer that has been made specifically for that surface (check with your paint dept. or store). Choose the particular lime green paint color, and proceed to paint the chairs, following instructions explicitly. After the chairs have dried (see Instructions, as to specific time for this) apply a second coat for permanent use. This is not a very expensive chore, but you must allow time for the primer and paint to fully dry...Good Luck.....
