i got a new wireless mouse and keyboard and i installed it and everything after a month later thed mouse broke for some reason and now i want to you my old mouse and keyboard which came with my computer and when i plug my old mouse and keyboard in it wont work, i even took the usb plug out so the wireless mouse and keyboard wont work and i plugged in the old one and it still wont work.

take completely the old usb thing which connects to your wireless mouse and keyboard. Uninstall the software too by going to add/remove programs or look for the wireless mouse/keyboard software in the all programs list when you click start. reboot the pc after doing this. Make sure that you plug the new keyboard and mouse into the correct ps2 ports on the back of the pc. Reboot and then they should work. Failing that then go to startcontrol panelsystemhardwaredevice manager then click on the + next to the mouse and keyboard then click uninstall. Then reboot either by rebooting normally or by holding the reboot button in on the pc
