I just bought Kirby Sentria vacuum cleaners for $1400. The salepersons were here for 5 hours doing their demo.I kind of am changing my mind I have had it for less then 2 hours.The paper says that I have 3 days to change my mind. Should I keep it or take it back?Is it hard to take it back?
You should have no trouble taking it back. Call the number on your paperwork and also WRITE them a letter and keep a copy. (just to cover your a$$). But do it right away. Personally, I LOVE mine.
Take it back!!! Kirbys are cumbersome and not worth the money paid for them! I'm stuck with mine and always dread vacuuming!!!
