ive already bought but all my friends told me its not good for defense because of its pinchi can catch decently though
For Defense it is all right. It is pretty light and is a really bendy though, you really want to get a stiff head for defense. What i really hate is that it has this gradual offset system that makes the pocket really high up on the mesh. For Defense you definitley want a low pocket, our sticks are the easiest to hit we need the ball to have maximum protection. However if you're a defensive-midi this is a great head.
You are correct Iron Oxide is rust. 4Fe + 3O2 -- 2Fe2O3 It can not come from anything else but iron.
