Led ceiling light is not fully lit. Where are the problems?

The lights can not be removed, to change the lamp to the few of the lamp holder to try
If the LED lamp quality is not good, there may be individual LED lamp is broken.Find the bad one and short-circuit it.
Should be the LED drive power (resistance capacitance power) flow control, CBB capacitor is broken.This capacitor fits well. It's better to change it for a second.
