in a few week im going to try to take out my 1999 cobra engine out but i have a problem. I cant seem to find a place where to attached the hoist.I would appreciate your guys help.
you can buy engine hoist plates or brackets from your local auto parts store and bolt them on anywhere. try to buy two brackets and bolt them on to your header locations on both sides of the block.i have also seen guys remove the front K-member and raise the car up off the motor. just keep an eye on all your electrical connections what ever way you choose to remove it.
