Very easy recipe, and turns out amazing: 4 egg yolks 1/2 cup key lime juice (most grocery stores will sell bottles of it if you can't find fresh key limes) 1 can sweetened condensed milk 1 graham cracker crust Mix together the eggs, lime juice, and condensed milk. Pour it into the crust and bake at 350 for 12 minutes. I think the recipe calls for some lime zest as well, but I normally make it without it and it turns out fine so don't worry if you don't have any.
