Lime recipes wanted.?

What is your best recipe using limes? Appetizer, main course, dessert, beverage it doesn't matter as long as it uses limes.

Answer:

The only red lime I know of is, I believe, Australian. It's called a blood lime. They are small and sweeter than regular limes. These do not have green skin, but an orange/reddish skin with red fruit. There is also a mandarin lime, but the fruit and skin are a yellowish orange.
